Our vegetarian restaurant, El Jardin del Pavo Real, invites you to eat in a beautiful and relaxed setting. Enjoy the tranquillity of our garden, whether you're sitting by the pool, under the mango tree or amidst our green surroundings. In our restaurant, we work with local and sustainable producers as much as possible and are proud to grow some of our ingredients on site. Our organic eggs come from our own chicken farm in Marquetalia. The traditional costeño cheese is made with milk from grass-fed cows in Palomino. Our dedicated kitchen team has created a diverse vegetarian menu that offers a range of delicious dishes, including vegan options, without compromising on taste or satisfaction.
